A Message from our Executive Vice Chancellor

Like you, we know that nothing is more important than public health and safety during this most unusual time.

Commonwealth Medicine is abiding by the directives set forth by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker and UMass Medical School Chancellor Michael Collins to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In doing our part, we have equipped our workforce with the appropriate tools to work remotely. That means we are focusing on the work we do for you with the same level of attention we would on any normal business day. While we have a solid continuity of operations, we acknowledge that there may be some intermittent challenges due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control.

We have established an emergency operations center to address any issues that arise in real-time. Our aim is to continue to provide the highest level of service possible. Ongoing and open communication is essential so please do not hesitate to reach out to your direct contact, our Office of Clients Relations at 774-455-6500 if you have any questions or need assistance. Please let us know if we can do anything to help you get through these most challenging times.

I wish you good health.

Sincerely,

Lisa M. Colombo, DNP, MHA, RN

Executive Vice Chancellor, Commonwealth Medicine
